Stuffing problems, diagnosed

Start with when it became soggy. If the bread turned to mush as soon as stock was mixed in, the bread was too moist for the amount of liquid or the stock went in too quickly. If the mixture looked right before baking but came out wet, check total liquid, wet add-ins, dish depth, covering and bake time.
