  • 170 g semisweet chocolate chips

Mix separately

  1. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in one bowl. Whisk butter, oil, sugar, eggs, milk, sour cream and vanilla in another.

Combine

  1. Fold dry into wet just until no flour remains, then fold in chocolate chips.

Bake

  1. Divide among 12 cups and bake about 20 to 25 minutes until tops are golden and centers done.

Cool

  1. Move muffins to a rack after a short pan rest.
