Lasagna problems, diagnosed

First ask when and where the liquid appears. If the lasagna looks structured in the pan but floods the plate only when cut piping hot, it probably needed more resting time. If thin liquid runs through every layer even after resting, check the sauce, noodles, vegetables and ricotta for excess moisture.
